With more than 18 years experience, Lilian specialises in women’s mental health from pregnancy to postnatal, enabling them to navigate their new role with growing confidence. She hopes to support new parents in their role transition and strengthen parent-child relationships. This provides the nurturing environment necessary for children to develop well with a focus on preventive mental healthcare and parental wellbeing. Attention is given to parents’ personal wellbeing as the foundation on which to build effective parenting skills. She firmly believes that helping parents in their psychological awareness and growth will bring long-term benefits for the family across generations.
