Our classes help expectant mothers and new parents prepare for the physical and emotional changes that come with pregnancy and parenthood. They are led by certified and trained instructors who can offer guidance and support based on their experience and expertise.
Our classes are specially curated by our registered and certified lactation consultant and midwife together with our medical and expert panel which includes OB-GYN, paediatric, pre and postnatal experts. This is to ensure expectant mothers and new parents have access to the knowledge, resources and support they need when they need it most. We aim to help expectant mothers and new parents feel more prepared and confident as they navigate the many changes and challenges that come with pregnancy and parenthood.
