Lilian is the Founder and Director of Wellness Journey. She is a Registered Counsellor specialising in women’s mental health from pregnancy to postnatal. She supports new parents in their role transition and helps them strengthen parent-child relationships. Attention is given to parents’ personal wellbeing as the foundation on which to build effective parenting skills. Services include one-to-one consultations (in her office or online) and group workshops.

Dr. Jasmine Yeo focuses on maternal and infant mental health. With a deep passion for supporting expectant mothers and women throughout their journey of motherhood, she has made significant contributions to the field through her extensive experience and expertise.

In her private practice, she has become a trusted confidante for expectant mothers and mothers who require emotional support during and after pregnancy. Her warm and compassionate demeanor allows women to feel understood and validated as they navigate the complexities of their maternal journey. Her approach is holistic, tailoring her therapeutic interventions to address the specific needs of each individual.

Her expertise extends to women who are experiencing grief and loss as well as supporting women who are undergoing fertility treatments. She recognizes the emotional toll that these experiences can have and provides a caring and nurturing environment to help women cope with the challenges they may face along their journey toward motherhood.

Dr Geraldine Tan

Dr. Geraldine Tan holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a Masters in Applied
Psychology. She has more than 20 years of experience working with couples at different stages of their relationship, from dating, marriage, conceiving, parenting. Amongst these couples, she has journeyed with them through fertility and conception, through pregnancy losses, antenatal and postpartum anxiety and/or depression.


Geraldine is trained in a number of techniques including, Choice and Reality
Therapy (CTRT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation
and Reprocessing (EMDR). Her desire to help has her fill her toolbox with exciting therapeutic
methods like, Hypnotherapy, Play, Clay, Sand and Colour Therapy. She uses these techniques
to help clients with clinical disorders and behavioural issues. Geraldine constantly updates
herself with the latest methods and research in the field, and is dedicated providing top quality
care to each of her patients.

Suzanne Khor


Chief Dietitian

Suzanne has been practising as a Clinical Dietitian for over 18 years. Having worked as a Senior Dietitian in KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital for over 10 years, Suzanne has comprehensive knowledge in treating adults and children with nutritional problems. Prior to KK Hospital, she has managed adult medical nutrition therapy for general medicine, neurological medicine and cardiac medicine through her working experience at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Polyclinics and private hospitals. Over the course of her career, she has contributed to articles in Singapore magazines and newspapers and delivered talks and trainings on nutrition. Suzanne has special interests in nutrition for children, pregnant mothers, weight management, digestive disorders, nutrition in feeding difficulties, diet therapy for neurological disorders and eating disorders. 
Some of the conditions that she manages include: gestational diabetes, diabetes Type 1 and Type 2, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), infertility, poor weight gain in pregnancy, hyperemesis gravidarum, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), underweight/ IUGR, overweight/obesity, allergy, eating disorders, poor weight gain in children/fussy eating/infant feeding difficulties/ food aversion in children and diet therapy for neurological disorders (e.g. ketogenic diet). Suzanne obtained her undergraduate degree in Dietetics with honours from the National University of Malaysia and postgraduate degree (Masters of Health Science Education) from University of Sydney Australia. She underwent further specialization in Dietetics during her HMDP (Health Manpower Development Plan) – Eating Disorders and Ketogenic Diet at SickKids- The Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, Canada. She has undergone further training-certified in SOS Approach to Feeding, and is a Monash Fodmap trained dietitian. She is strongly supportive of extended breastfeeding and has personally (& hopefully her children) benefitted from this. She is a member of the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association and American Society for Nutrition.

In his consultations, Gregory looks for postural and muscular imbalances along with joint restrictions to formulate a diagnosis and apply an appropriate treatment plan. Gregory’s treatments include a wide range of approaches with structural, visceral as well as more subtle functional or cranial techniques. he treats musculoskeletal conditions also focusing on soft tissue release, joint articulation, muscle energy techniques, and joint manipulation. He has a special interest in treating prenatal and postnatal women, as well as newborns. He also uses dry needling as a treatment approach which can be very effective for muscular issues.
